Zeus Collins proposes to his girlfriend Pauline Redondo during the Star Magic Games

<p>It was during the middle of the fourth quarter of the main basketball event during the Star Magic 30th All Star Games that Zeus Collins decided to surprise his non-showbiz girlfriend Pauline Redondo with a proposal.</p><p>The popular Hashtags member revealed he had asked for help from his fellow Hashtags members on how to execute the surprise by pretending he had injured himself colliding on the court while playing. Once his girlfriend had come closer to see his condition, Zeus shared his proposal speech with the entire crowd at the Araneta Coliseum last May 22. </p><blockquote class="instagram-media" Myka Pauline Redondo, will you marry me?”</p><p>The 29-year-old <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime"><strong><em><u>It’s Showtime</u></em></strong></a> host revealed to <a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com"><u><strong>PUSH</strong></u></a> in an interview that the idea to propose to his girlfriend did not take that long to plan.</p><p>“Mga dalawang araw, ganun. Kasi hindi ako makatulog. Tuwing matutulog ako siyempre lagi naman na mag-pe-pray ka bago matulog. Hanggang sa nagulat ako na parang may biglang kumalabit sa akin na siguro tinanong ko na din si Lord tapos hindi ako nakatulog.</p><p>“Biglang pumasok sa isip ko na ayun nga, mag-propose. Hanggang isip ako ng isip. Pinag-pray ko ng pinag-pray. Hanggang sabi ko ito na talaga yung sign na gagawin ko na ‘to.</p><p>“Talagang hindi mapaliwanag yung saya ko dahil pinag-pe-pray ko talaga. Hindi ko naisip na gagawin ko ito sa buong buhay ko pero ayun na nga, kung ano yung gustong gawin ni Lord talaga ito mangyayari talaga. Sobrang saya ko dahil nag-yes ang aking my love. just a chance encounter that both of them never expected to happen.</p><p>“Nagkakilala kami sa restaurant. Graduation day nila tapos pagpasok ko sa isang restaurant, yung pinsan niyang lalake, siguro namukhaan ako or nakilala ako tapos parang nag asaran sila na, ‘Uy, nakakahiya ka!’ Ganyan. Hanggang sa tumabi na sa akin yung pinsan niya na lalake at nagpa-picture. Eh ako lang mag-isa nun. Yun talaga yung unang unang nakita ko sa kanya. Yung unang date namin, talagang as in tsinelas lang siya tapos ako yung todo porma kasi siyempre first date. Tapos siya parang sobrang simple lang. Sobrang bait, sobrang mahinahon lang. Tapos higit sa lahat, maka-Diyos siya,” he added.</p>
