After going public with their engagement on social media last June 2, longtime celebrity couple Jason Abalos and Vickie Rushton shared photos from their dreamy outdoor pre-nuptial shoot taken at the Farm Ridge in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija on Saturday, June 4.

In an Instagram post, Vickie revealed that getting engaged last December was “one of the best things that happened in 2021.” Meanwhile, Jason shared what updates their followers can look forward to in the near future. He wrote: “Una sa lahat salamat sa inyong mga pag bati. Our pre-nup happened [December} last year in my hometown in Pantabangan Nueva Ecija. Here are some of the photos from the first layout. More to come 😬✌️”

The couple first met in 2010 at an ABS-CBN event in Bacolod, where Vickie is from. They ended up dating the following year when Vickie was also crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas International in 2011.

Vickie, a former beauty queen, formally bid goodbye to the pageant world last year after withdrawing from the Binibining Pilipinas 2021 pageant. Jason, on the other hand, successfully campaigned and won during the recent May elections. He is now a Nueva Ecija Board Member, his first foray into politics.
