Angeline Quinto returns to ‘ASAP’

After months of being away from the cameras, singer Angeline Quinto made her return to the ASAP Natin ‘To stage on June 5.

After her performance, Angeline was interviewed and welcomed by Regine Velasquez and Zsa Zsa Padilla. Angeline, known as the “Queen of Teleserye theme songs”, was a bit emotional during the interview.

"Masayang masaya ako kasi honestly, itong muling pagbalik ko sa ASAP, napakagrabe noong pag welcome niyo sa akin. Ramdam na ramdam ko 'yong pagmamahal niyo sa akin pati sa family ko,” she said.

The singer recently gave birth to her first child with her non-showbiz partner last April 2022. The 32-year-old celebrity shared her experience being a first time mother to the one-month old baby Sylvio.

“Si Sylvio, kaka-one month lang niya so ngayon sumasakit na ulo ko kasi nasa guard house na siya naglalakad,” she joked.

“Pero seryoso, [ang] masasabi ko lang hindi ganun kadali pero lahat naman ng ginagawa ko for my baby ngayon ay talagang gustong-gusto ko at mahal na mahal ko gawin lahat para sa kanya,” she added.

Angeline said that she already misses baby Sylvio and couldn’t wait to come home and bond with her family. She admitted that being separated from her baby due to work is very difficult for her.

“Ngayon, kailangan kong magtrabaho ulit. Parang ang hirap pala na iiwanan ko siiya sa bahay, kasi gustong-gusto kong umuwi agad,” she shared.

She is thankful for the people who have supported her and her family throughout her pregnancy. She is also thankful for the management and staff who have been with her since the start of her career.

“Grabe po yung pagmamahal na binibigay niyo sa amin,” she closed.

Angeline recently released a song dedicated to Baby Sylvio last June 3. Titled “Nag-iisa lang (for baby Sylvio)”. Her latest single is available on all music streaming platforms.
