<p>Herlene Budol, popularly known as Hipon Girl, graduated from college with a tourism management degree on Sunday, July 17.</p><p>The Binibining Pilipinas candidate shared her milestone to her followers on social media. graduate shared that she wanted to finish her education to make her family proud.</p><p>“To my Nanay Bireng &amp; Tatay Oreng, you both are the priceless blessing in my life. Currently, she is getting ready for the coronation night of Binibining Pilipinas 2022.
