"I was looking for personal growth in my career. I’ve been working in the industry for 12 years now and I’ve been working with pretty much the same set of people that I’ve been working since then, not to say that I’m not grateful, not to say that I haven’t achieved so much by working with them but as I got older, I started discovering who I really was and I wanted more control over how to express that," Liza remarked.
