4th Impact shares experience working with K-Pop producers and composers

<p>Since signing with ShowBT Philippines, 4th Impact has collaborated with South Korean producers and composers.  </p><p>Recently, the girl group teamed up with Lee Oh-won, who worked with K-Pop acts like Stray Kids, SHINee&#x27;s Taemin, and Wanna One, among others.</p><p>4th Impact collaborated with Oh-won on their latest single &quot;Tapat Sa&#x27;yo.&quot;</p><p>&quot;He flew here from Korea just to guide us. He’s quite the perfectionist, so he had us doing numerous takes,&quot; 4th Impact member Celina said in an interview with Inquirer. </p><p>One of their key takeaways from working with the K-Pop producer was the essence of delivering the emotions of a song. </p><p>&quot;Mapuso sila. The more you show off, the less they like the vocals. They wanted us to sing with a lot of emotions, almost as if we’re weeping,&quot; Almira said. </p><p>Celina added: &quot;He wanted us to sing in a way that will make the listeners feel that we’re just first single “Here We Go.” The song marked their first since signing with ShowBT Entertainment.</p><p>&quot;We had to train hard for it because we had to sing and dance at the same time,&quot; Almira It’s something that will make fans go, &#x27;Ay, sila &#x27;yan?’ &#x27;Tapat Sa ‘Yo&#x27; is more of a reminder that we can and are good at singing ballads. We once prayed for a manager who will really take care of us and believe in what we can do. We feel ShowBT and Sony Music are the right companies to help us reach more of our dreams. And it is such a great honor to be part of their roster and be lined up with the P-Pop Kings: SB19,&quot; the group said in a statement as reported by Business Mirror in March.</p>
