Megan Young, Mikael Daez open up about having children: ‘We’re going with the flow’

<p>Celebrity couple Megan Young and Mikael Diaz talked about their thoughts on having children in the latest episode of their podcast, Megan &amp; Mikael podcast. If we don’t, we don’t. If I get pregnant, okay, and if not, then we just continue living life,” she shared.</p><p>The Miss World 2013 winner is actually comfortable in openly discussing that it’s fine for them to not have children at all. Their stance on having children is just going with the flow with whatever happens.</p><p>“If ever there’s an oops and you get pregnant then okay great, that’s not a problem with us. But if we had a choice, then we’re kind of okay just coasting along living our life, and seeing what life throws at us,” Mikael added.</p><p>The couple also understood that some people might be surprised whenever they give their answer. </p><p>“I guess it’s not normal or it’s not like a common thing for couples to be like, ‘Yeah, we’re fine even if we don’t have kids.’ Usually, it’s like ‘Yeah we’re trying,’ or ‘Yeah we really want to have kids,’ or sometimes, ‘Maybe like in the next couple of years,&#x27;” Megan continued.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/9/13/fresh-scoops/megan-young-fangirl-mode-at-disneys-d23-expo-202405"><u><strong>READ: Megan Young goes into fangirl mode at Disney’s D23 Expo in California</strong></u></a></div><p>For Mikael, he will always support the decision of his wife as she has to bear the responsibility of carrying their baby for nine months. </p><p>“I say we’re going with the flow and it’s really all up to Bonez. Because like you said, you are the baby carrier and I’m just here to tell them that I’m here to support,” Mikael added.</p><p>In 2021, the two shared that they weren’t in a rush to have children as they are focusing on their career and the opportunities that come in their way. The couple also previously shared how they wanted to enjoy married life as a couple first.</p><p>Megan and Mikael tied the knot in January 2020 after being together for almost 10 years.</p>
