<p>Yassi Pressman is looking fit and strong.</p><p>The 27-year-old actress opened up on Instagram about the progress she’s made in her fitness journey, a year after sharing her goals of bouncing back from a “fitness hibernation.”</p><p>Posting clips of her workout from 2022 to now, Yassi wrote, “This time last year VS now. It&#x27;s been up and down, but that&#x27;s okay.</p><p>“Be kind to your body, Be kind to your mind. Never give up on YOU. When you fall, pick yourself up. I think it’s okay to let go sometimes. Feeling ko kasi minsan everybody is so pressured especially in our industry. Especially sa mga kababaihan, growing up with the standards of beauty. So at that time, I just gave it up for a while. I gave it up for myself. Alam mo yung parang I didn’t care for a minute and then, I just needed that break,” she said.</p><p>“After that I started caring again because it was for my long term health naman. So I just needed that break and now that I’m getting back there so it’s a lot of discipline, a lot of working out. I love boxing and Muay Thai so I do a lot of those things,” she added.</p>
