Celeste Cortesi bowed out of the 71st Miss Universe competition earlier today, January 15. Later on, it was revealed that it was Celeste’s choice to wear the white cape as it was designed by kids from the war-torn city of Marawi. Meanwhile, one of the Top 16 candidates will be the next Miss Universe and will replace the reigning title holder, Harnaaz Sandhu of India.
