Prior to the event, the group met with the press and talked about their music, fans, and experiences in the country. Both events were held in collaboration with Philippine lifestyle brand BENCH, which they endorse.

This was not the first time that the group had a show in the country as they have had been here in 2019 for their Unveil Tour ‘I am…’ in Manila. Recalling their experience then, Stray Kids member Felix described it as a “very unforgettable moment.”

More on their impressions of the Philippines, the group shared the Filipino food that they would like to try. Through an interpreter, Seungmin said, “Actually, we weren’t able to have a lot of chances or opportunities to enjoy the traditional food here in the Philippines. We really enjoy eating meat and when we heard about this pork dish here in the Philippines, which was Adobo, I really want to try.” Likewise, Felix said that he would also like to try this classic Pinoy favorite, as recommended by Filipino STAYs in Australia.

Bang Chan narrated, “If you look at the word ‘Stray,’ if you take out the ‘R’ from ‘stray,’ it becomes ‘stay,’ right? And the ‘R’ has its own meaning. It’s called ‘reason’ so STAYs are the reason Stray Kids are still existing. So that’s what we went for, so that’s why we have a beautiful fandom name – it’s called STAY.”
