Medardo De Lemos sa pamamagitan ng kanyang abogado na si Atty. Regidor Caringal.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p><p class="p1">Dito, nilinaw ng kampo ni Luis na binitawan ng Kapamilya TV host ang kanyang mga katungkulan sa nasabing kumpanya kabilang na ang pagiging chairman of the board ng ICM group na pinamumunuan ni Chief Executive Officer Ildefonso &quot;Bong&quot; Medel, kung saan kabilang na ang Flex Fuel Petroleum Corporation.</p><p class="p1">Sa isang an affidavit na inilabas noong ika-21 ng Disyembre taong 2022, ipinaliwanag ni Luis na ginawa siyang chairman ng board sa kumpanya ni Bong dahil isa umano ito sa mga “guaranties” ng kanyang investment.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p><p class="p1">“Various individuals claiming to be investors/co-owners of Flex Fuel have been reaching out to our client for assistance,” saad ni Caringal sa nasabing pahayag.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p><p class="p1">Humingi umano ang TV host ng tulong sa NBI na imbestigahan ang nasabing kumpanya dahil hindi umano naayos ni Bong Medel ang isyu ng kanilang mga investors.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p><div class="p3"><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2016/3/23/fresh-scoops/luis-manzano-hits-back-on-his-bashers-95431" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Luis Manzano hits back on his bashers</strong></a></div><p class="p1">Nilinaw naman ni Luis na hindi siya kailanman naging parte sa pagpapatakbo ng nasabing kumpanya.</p><p class="p1">“I never took part in the management of the business,” saad ni Luis.
