Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach rang in the New Year with her fiancé Jeremy Jauncey and his family in the United Kingdom, as seen in photos shared by the actress on Tuesday (January 3).

“Spent New Year’s making new traditions with Jeremy & the fam. Don’t you think those kilts look so cool on the boys?” Pia captioned her Instagram post.

“P.S. I also learned some traditional ceilidh dancing that night! Buti nalang nagdance workshop ako noon kaya may naitatago akong moves. Char haha,” she added.

Fans were happy to see Pia bonding with the Jauncey family, most especially Jeremy’s mother, whom many mistook as a Filipina.

“[She’s] Colombian,” clarified Pia. “Sometimes people speak Tagalog to Jeremy thinking that he’s half Pinoy. Hahaha. He’s Scottish-Colombian.”

Meanwhile, Pia also responded to a netizen who noticed that she “looks like she’s having a little Pia,” referring to a possible pregnancy.

“Nooo hahaha,” replied the actress. “I don’t know what you saw to make that conclusion.”

Pia and Jeremy have been dating for over three years now. They celebrated their third anniversary as a couple on New Year’s Eve.

“The last day of the year is always special for us. It’s our anniversary plus we love goal planning for the year ahead and reflecting on the year that has passed,” wrote Pia in her earlier post.

“This year was our first together in the highlands of Scotland and it was the perfect way to bring in 2023! Happy New Year!” she added.

The two announced their engagement in May 2022.
