JM De Guzman cheers himself on for 2023: ‘Hindi kita susukuan’

<p>After openly talking about his experience battling substance abuse and experiencing panic and anxiety attacks in the past, actor JM De Guzman is starting the year on a hopeful note. The 31-year-old actor penned a meaningful and supportive letter to himself in his Instagram post. His routine included more exercise, adopting a healthy diet, cutting back on alcohol, spending less time on his phone, and focusing on his music. In 2020, he also shared his ritual on how to cope when he experiences a panic disorder in the middle of the night.
