In an interview with Karen Davila, Niño shared that his father invested his earnings when he was still a child actor. He now owns a building and within that building is his bakeshop, which sells the popular Muhlach ensaymada.

"Nagpapasalamat lang talaga ako because my dad was always there to guide me. Inayos nya po 'yung buhay ko eh. May building kami and lahat ng pelikula ko kami nag-produce so lahat ng kinikita nun may royalty po ako," he shared.

Niño also said that his father kept his feet on the ground, constantly reminding him that popularity was not forever so he needed to prepare for the future.
