BLACKPINK member Jisoo and South Korean actor Ahn Bo-Hyun have reportedly broken up due to “their busy schedules.”

In an exclusive report from JTBC Entertainment News, an entertainment official said that the two Korean stars “ended their romantic relationship and returned to their relationship as colleagues.”

"Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun naturally became estranged from each other due to their busy schedules, so they broke up recently," the official said.

Later on, Jisoo’s agency, YG Entertainment, acknowledged the breakup to SPOTV News saying, “It is true (that the two broke up).”

Ahn Bo-Hyun’s agency FN Entertainment, on the other hand, is not yet confirming the reports.

In August, Jisoo and Bo Hyun were reported to be spending time together in the idol’s house. The two later publicly confirmed their relationship through their respective agencies

Both agencies announced that the couple were “getting to know each other with positive feelings” and asking for everyone to “look upon them with warmth.”

The announcement was the first confirmed dating report of the stars and gathered different reactions from fans around the world.

Meanwhile, Jisoo is reportedly set to make her screen debut in the film Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint(working title) that will start filming this December.

As per YG Entertainment, the 28-year-old idol turned actress received an offer to star in the Webtoon-based film and is “reviewing it positively.”

Jisoo will star with Korean actors Ahn Hyo-Seop, Lee Min-Ho, Jung Sung-Il, Park Ho-San, Chae Soo-Bin, Shin Seung-Ho, and Nana who are also reportedly in talks of the said film adaptation.

On the other hand, Ahn Bo-Hyun will appear in a supporting role in the war action film Noryang: The Sea of Death that will be released in December.

The third and final installment of the trilogy film depicts Admiral Yi Sun-sin’s final battle to annihilate the retreating Japanese army from Joseon at sea in 1598, 7 years after the Japanese invasion of Korea.

The 35-year-old actor will also star together with Girls’ Generation member and actress ImYoonA in the romantic comedy film 2 O'Clock Date which is also about to be released.

Bo-Hyun was reportedly the one who replaced actor Kim Seon-Ho in the said movie after a controversy.
