<p>Valerie Concepcion has given birth to her first child with her husband Francis Sunga, the actress announced on Instagram.</p><p>Based on their updates, she and Francis welcomed their son, Viktor Francis Sunga, on Wednesday, October 25.</p><p>“Well Hello World. I’m Viktor Francis Sunga. Born 10/25/23 7lbs 2oz 51cm.
