Former child actress Sharlene San Pedro has received positive comments from fans after she appeared in a mobile game anniversary music video.

Fans were elated to see Sharlene as part of the fourth anniversary song, “In the Zone” of the game Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM). 

 The 24-year-old actress-turned-gamer showed a different side of herself as she sang and danced in the music video alongside actress, singer, and cosplayer Myrtle Sarrosa, and gamers such as Patricia Reyes and Zie Barcelo (also known as Doc Z Gaming).

 Sharlene first appeared in the music video catching a bullet using her hands in an abandoned warehouse while she sang the line: “We’re stealing the show. You’re down on the floor, came in for actions, still want some more.”

 Fans and other gamers commented on the music video.

“In The Zone” is a song written and produced by Myrtle Sarrosa, Brian Lotho and Rangel Fernandez.

 The music video that was released last November 4 was choreographed by Karl Francis and directed by Francis Magundayao.

Last December 2022, Sharlene signed up as a gaming talent for Tier One Entertainment. 

She previously received an award as the Instagram Creator of the Year (Female), YouTube Partner of the Year (Female), and the coveted People's Choice Award from Tier One Entertainment IRL Awards.

 The former young actress started doing game streaming during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. 

 She said in an interview with ABS CBN News, “Sa pandemic talaga nag-start iyon, kasi noong time na 'yon, walang trabaho. Hindi ko naman naisip na magiging trabaho ko sa ngayon, pero nakakatuwa na minsan, ilalagay ka ni Lord sa unexpected na basta hayaan mo lang Siya. Ngayon ito ang nagiging regular work ko, pagsi-stream.”
