Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes elated to perform on ‘ASAP Natin ‘To’

Celebrity couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes expressed how happy they were to perform at the ASAP Natin ‘To stage during the December 17 episode of the show. 

The couple made an appearance on the Sunday variety program to promote their latest film Rewind

It is the official entry of Star Cinema to this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival,

Marian and Dingdong danced to classic songs and TikTok hits,  which earned several praises from netizens who watched the performance of the couple.

Dingdong shared that he enjoyed performing on the ASAP Natin ‘To stage and thanked everyone for giving them a warm welcome.  

Dong and Yan, as they are often referred to by their friends in showbiz, are two of GMA-7's biggest talents. 

Meanwhile, Marian quipped that she was ready to come back and dance again on the ABS-CBN show.

“Ang sarap ng pakiramdam na sumayaw dito sa entablado niyo. Maraming salamat sa inyong mainit na pagtanggap,” Dingdong said.

“Huwag kang ganyan baka sumayaw uli ako rito,” Marian jokingly shared.

“To be honest, nakakakaba pero nung sumasayaw na kami. Na-enjoy namin, super na-enjoy. Salamat sa pagkakataon na pinagbigyan niyo kaming sumayaw ditong mag-asawa,” she added.

Marian and Dingdong also appeared on It’s Showtime during its December 16 episode. 

The couple were able to greet the Madlang People for the first time, drawing positive reactions from netizens. 

Rewind is the first movie the celebrity couple did together after more than a decade. 

The two previously expressed how happy they are to be back as an on-screen couple and show everyone their chemistry.

“Palagi ako looking forward kapag makakatrabaho ko si Dong. Siyempre, iba kami as mag-asawa sa bahay, iba pag magkatrabaho,” Marian previously said.

The film is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide starting December 25. 

Also part of the highly-anticipated film are Sue Ramirez, Joross Gamboa, Lito Pimentel, Ina Feleo, Ariel Ureta, Pamu Pamorada, Mary Joy Apostol, Via Antonio, Chamyto Aguedan, and Coney Reyes.
