Enchong Dee said he is excited about the return of the ABS-CBN reality show Pinoy Big Brother in 2024.

In an episode of Magandang Buhay, Melai Cantiveros asked Enchong if he is excited to work again with her on PBB next year.

"Oo naman [excited ako], siyempre lalo na 'yung mga staff na kasama natin sa likod ng camera," he said.

The actor also said that he is looking forward to be the partner host of Melai on the show anew.

ABS-CBN announced the return of Pinoy Big Brother during the ABS-CBN Christmas Special earlier this December.

Other 2024 offerings of the Kapamilya network will be The Voice: Teens, the teleserye version of Linlang, The Bagman, and the Philippine adaptation of What's Wrong with Secretary Kim and It's Okay Not to Be Okay.

The last season of Pinoy Big Brother was the Kumunity Season 10 which aired from October 2021 to May 2022.

The said season was divided into three categories: celebrities, adults, and teens.

Anji Salvacion emerged as the winner while Isabel Laohoo became the runner-up. Samantha Bernardo, Rob Blackburn, and Brenda Mage were part of the top 5.

Meanwhile, back in May, ABS-CBN Head of TV Production Laurenti Dyogi shared that half of the PBB house was going to be demolished for practical reasons.

"After 2 seasons of [Pinoy Dream Academy], it became our House B which had our offices, brainstorm space, pantry, hosts’ dressing rooms, mini studio with control room and living quarters specially during the last two 'lock-in seasons.' This part of the house has lots of good memories and even scary experiences," the Kapamilya executive relayed.

He further explained: "We needed to give up this part of the PBB house as our lease has expired this year and it is impractical to renew it. We still have the main PBB house and control room which hopefully we still get to use for the next PBB edition. This original house was built in 2004 and is 18 years old. It has become iconic and a landmark in the area."
