The struggle is REAL to find time to do stuff for myself. I’ll get the hang of it in time I suppose. I’ll try to share with you more of my fitness tips after giving birth (I literally cannot do much, but little tiny steps) , wellness , skin care, meditation and everything else that helps me take care of myself physically,mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
