I&#x27;m not gonna lie and pretend okay lang sa akin na hindi na ako na-nominate noong time na yun,&quot; she shared. </p><p>The best supporting actress of the 2022 LA Film Critics Association Award shared that it’s all good now and she has long accepted that she wasn’t nominated for the Oscars. </p><p>“Para sa akin, this is a game we&#x27;re all playing anyway if you think about it. Ang ganda kung may recognition, may award. Pero at the end of the time, let the work speak for itself,” she added.</p><p>Dolly maintained that she respects all the nominees and doesn’t mean to discredit any of their works. She maintained that she is happy for the nomination of Jamie as netizens have been criticizing the American actress’s nomination. </p><p>“That is not to discredit the nominees. She emphasized how important it is to create the hype for future artists who would want to go international. </p><p>“Ang importante nakakuha tayo ng buzz,” she shared.</p><p>Dolly is off to London in a few days to attend the awards night of the 76th BAFTA which is set to happen on February 20. She is nominated in the best support actress category alongside Angela Bassett, Hong Chau, Kerry Condon, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Carey Mulligan.</p>
