Parokya ni Edgar’s Gab Chee Kee looks forward to being released from the hospital

<p>In their update last month regarding their band member Gab Chee Kee, Parokya Ni Edgar shared on their official social media pages that he has finally been transferred from the hospital Intensive care Unit (ICU) to a progressive room to continue his recovery from pneumonia and other complications. In a previous update, the Parokya guitarist was feeling well enough to start playing the guitar again from his hospital room.</p><p>They wrote, “FACE REVEAL! Woke up feeling cute, might delete later. Hehe Joke lang! Dahil sa tulong, dasal, at good vibes niyo, eto si Gab ngayon!</p><p>“Happy siya dahil nakalipat na siya sa regular room! Other friends in the OPM industry also joined in on the fundraising efforts to help support Gab’s ongoing medical bills. The Eraserheads auctioned off a signed guitar for ₱1.3M.</p><p>There will be a fundraising concert, “Resbak Para Kay Gab”, happening on March 4 at the Block, Mandala Park, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City. The event includes performances from top OPM artists Ebe Danel, The Itchyworms, Gracenote, Rivermaya, and 6 Cycle Mind.
