After revealing on social media that he was celebrating his 34th birthday in Paris, France with girlfriend Julia Barretto this month, Gerald Anderson received a sweet birthday message from his partner in Julia’s Instagram post. The post showed them posing under the famous Eiffel Tower last March 7 along with the caption, “Happy birthday my love. My best friend and partner in life. I thank God for you everyday.”

On Julia’s 26th birthday three days later, the kapamilya actor and athlete returned the sentiment with an equally loving message for his girlfriend of a few years. He wrote, “The rare people in your life that root for you to achieve your goals,are more valuable than the goals themselves ❤️ Happy Birthday I❤️U.”

Last year, the couple celebrated their birthdays with a low-key but cozy celebration, sharing photos of themselves enjoying nature. Gerald owns a private resort and camp site located in Zambales which he and Julia visit when they can.

During their current trip abroad, Julia shared snapshots of their travels in France, as seen in her Instagram posts.

Gerald and Julia first started working closely together after being paired in the 2019 film Between Maybes. They finally confirmed their relationship in 2021, after more than a year of being romantically linked to each other.

Although they have not admitted to talking about plans to settle down anytime soon, Gerald has admitted in previous interviews that he already sees Julia “the one", but acknowledged that Julia still has a lot of goals to achieve in terms of her career.

Julia, on the other hand, has already revealed that she is willing to leave showbiz for a simple, more quiet life with her future family someday. By the age of 29, she feels like she would be ready to start her own family already. “That’s just really it. That is the perfect age. And I feel like if you want a lot of kids, you have to start early.”
