EXO’s Baekhyun will be performing in the country this June as part of the lineup of Overpass: K-Pop Music Concert as announced by Cornerstone Entertainment. The EXO member will be the fifth coming from their group to stage a performance in the country in the last seven months.

The South Korean superstar will be performing at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on June 11 alongside other artists which have yet to be named by the organizers.

EXO-Ls, are you strapped in? BAEKHYUN is coming to Manila for OVERPASS: K-POP MUSIC CONCERT at  @TheBigDome! Let’s fly to Neverland with #BAEKHYUN on June 11, 2023,” the tweet read.

Cornerstone Entertainment and OctoArts Entertainment have yet to announce to the public other details such as ticket prices, seat plan, and selling dates. Fans shared their excitement on social media after the South Korean singer’s name was officially announced.

“Ngayon pa lang, thank you po for bringing Baekhyun here,” an EXO fan tweeted.

“Looking forward to a better event than the online one last 2020 since it'll be handled by a more established organizer this time 💙 Can't wait to see Baekhyun again and hoping to see G22 in the lineup too,” another netizen added.

This will be the first time since 2019 that the EXO main vocalist will be performing in the country. Baekhyun and the rest of the EXO previously staged a concert in the Philippines back in 2019 as part of their EXO Planet 5 – Exploration world tour.

Aside from Baekhyun, his fellow EXO members Sehun and Chanyeol are also coming to the country. EXO-SC will be staging a fan concert on May 20 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The 30-year-old superstar made his debut as a soloist in 2019 with the album, City Lights. He continued to release three more albums (two in South Korea and one in Japan) before his enlistment in 2021.

Apart from EXO and his solo career, he is also a member of EXO-CBX and the leader of SuperM.
