Derek Ramsay calls Ellen Adarna ‘the most beautiful woman in the world’

<p>Derek Ramsay pulled a prank on his wife Ellen Adarna while still managing to keep it sweet. </p><p>Known as one of showbiz’s most playful and affectionate couples, Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna are not shy when it comes to poking fun at each other in a loving way. </p><p>The couple also regularly pull pranks on each other as seen in their respective social media accounts. </p><p>This is why it was not hard to guess why last April 2, Derek’s video reel of Ellen showed different clips of his wife asleep in different positions along with the caption: “Happy birthday to the most beautiful woman in the world. I love you.”</p><p>For Derek’s 46th birthday last December, Ellen also shared a playful message for her beau on social media. </p><p>“Happy 46 years to the love of my life, my one and only GOR ❤️ you may not look your age…but, you’re sooo mature. The couple both have sons from previous relationships.</p>
