Former PBA player Doug Kramer shared on his Instagram earlier this week that they just held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new house. In the Instagram Reel he uploaded, the whole Kramer family was in attendance to witness the start of their “next house project.”

In the Reel, Doug proudly showed off a glimpse of their new house which netizens assumed would be a three-story home with a basement as seen in the background of their photos./p>

“Our next house project. Groundbreaking and dedication day. To God be the glory always,” the caption said.

The construction of their new house will be headed by construction company Tier One Architects which is known for its modern designs. It was already announced last year by Doug and Chesca Kramer that they will be building a new house as part of their “passion project.”

“Building another dream home! A passion project for me and my forever partner,” they previously mentioned.

Various netizens and celebrities went to the comment section of their post to congratulate the family on their new home. Netizens praised the couple for their dedication to give the best life to their children Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.

“Your other house is already pretty and I guarantee this will be prettier. They should be published in the architectural digest, so other people can see your vision when it comes to building a house,” one netizen commented.

“I'm so excited about your new house project po. May inspiration na naman ako neto para mag civil engineering and build my own dream house like yours po, soon,” another netizen added.

The Kramer family moved into their current house back in 2019,  which took almost two years for it to be completed. Since their move, they have done multiple vlogs about their current home and what they plan to do in the future.
