Miss Universe Philippines 2023 finalists Pauline Amelinckx and Krishnah Gravidezwill represent the country in the upcoming Miss Supranational and Miss Charm pageants, respectively.

This comes after Michelle Dee bagged the Miss Universe 2023 title during the coronation night last Saturday, May 13.

The crowning ceremony for the two beauty queens was held in the Cove Manila pool club of Okada Manila in Parañaque City.

Both Pauline and Krishnah made it to the Top 5 on the finals night of Miss Universe Philippines. They were both awarded with the respective titles as Empire Philippines currently owns the franchise for both Miss Supranational and Miss Charm.

Pauline, who has been trying her luck to snag the much-coveted Miss Universe Philippines crown over the last few years, expressed her gratitude towards her fans who have shown her support since day one.

“I also just really want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. All your love and support every year, for the past few years has been so moving and so heartwarming. [It] has been one of those driving factors that really kept me going and it really drove me to always want to become a better, more evolved, and transformed self. So to all of you, thank you, thank you so much. Daghang Salamat,” she said.

Meanwhile, Krishna is hopeful for the future as she is excited to represent the country in the Miss Charm pageant this year.

“To the Miss Universe [Philippines] Organization, this journey has been meaningful for me as I had so many firsts [in this competition]. I had my first airplane ride, I had my first private island tour in Palawan, in Boracay, and all these trips and all of those experiences are so meaningful for me. I’m just living in gratitude right now and I’m looking forward to representing the Philippines [on] an international stage. I hope I could make you all proud,” she shared.

Pauline has only a few months left to prepare for the Miss Supranational 2023 competition set to happen this July.

The country has only won one title in the said competition, with Mutya Datul bringing home the crown 10 years ago.

Meanwhile, the Philippines bagged the first runner-up place of Miss Charm through Annabelle McDonnell who represented the country last year.
