The iconic Pinoy Big Brother house has been home for many generations of Pinoy Big Brother housemates. For a time, it was also home for the aspiring artists of Pinoy Dream Academy.

On social media, Bianca shared a snapshot of herself and co-host Robi Domingo striking a pose in front of the PBB house. It can be recalled that prior to being hosts, both Bianca and Robi began as housemates themselves.

Bianca was part of the first Celebrity Edition of PBB back in 2006. She was one of the finalists of her batch and ended as the 3rd Big Placer. She returned the following season as one of "Kuya’s Angels” and hosted the show alongside Toni Gonzaga and Mariel Rodriguez. She then became the show’s main host for its tenth season, Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10.

"From our small studio inside where we did hundreds of spiels (and blunders), to the balcony tambayan when things got too heated (or it was too cold) inside, to this not so secret door where fans of the housemates patiently waited hours," she shared.

According to Direk Lauren’s post, the part of the house that was being demolished was first constructed in 2006, in time for the beginning of Pinoy Dream Academy. It was then repurposed and used for the team’s various needs.

“After 2 seasons of PDA, it became our House B which had our offices, brainstorm space, pantry, hosts’ dressing rooms, mini studio with control room and living quarters specially during the last two ‘lock-in seasons’,” he shared. “This part of the house has lots of good memories and even scary experiences.”

“We needed to give up this part of the PBB house as our lease has expired this year and it is impractical to renew it,” he explained.

The demolition of House B is currently ongoing and would take around a month to finish. Nevertheless, the main PBB house remains in place.

“We still have the main PBB house and control room which hopefully we still get to use for the next PBB edition,” he reassured the public. “This original house was built in 2004 and is 18 years old. It has become iconic and a landmark in the area.”
