Zia Dantes, the firstborn child of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, wowed her parents once again with her talent.

At only seven years old, Zia already has her own moves. During a school event held last Sunday, May 7, 2023, Zia showed off her dance moves as she grooved along to Meghan Trainor’s “Better When I’m Dancing.”

"Another proud stage mama moment for me,” Marian gushed, as she proudly shared Zia’s performance on her Instagram account. “Congratulations Zia & The Rainbow Girls.”

Friends and followers couldn’t help but make the connection between Zia’s dance skills and those of her parents, some pointing out that it may be a talent she inherited from them. Zia’s natural grace is reminiscent of Marian and Dingdong, both of whom have proven their prowess on the dance floor.

It definitely didn’t escape Dingdong’s eye, either.

“Abztract!” commented Dingdong to his wife’s post, referring to the dance group he was part of.

Zia truly owned her place on the stage. Her stylish outfit just completed the whole look: black crop top, black joggers, a pink cropped jacket, and white sneakers.

"Ate Z’s OOTD for her school program," shared her proud mom.

It seems that Marian, who is also known for her eye-catching outfits, has also passed on her sense of style to her daughter. In fact, Marian goes the extra mile in actually making her children’s costumes for Halloween. They’re so extra that they consistently win awards for them.

Dingdong and Marian have been married for eight years. They met in 2007, then got married in December 2014. They had Zia soon after they tied the knot.

Zia had a Care Bears-themed party last November for her 7th birthday, while her brother Ziggy had a Pinocchio-themed party when he turned four years last April.

Even with their busy schedules, Dingdong and Marian try their best to be hands-on parents to Zia and Ziggy.

In a previous interview, Dingdong shared how important it was to be present in their children’s lives.

"Kasi 'yung chapter na 'to ng buhay nila is very, very important. Kailangan masamahan mo sila rito sa development stage na 'to,” he explained.

“Nung nag-start 'yung pandemic, 'yung anak kong lalaki hindi pa gumagapang tapos ngayon tumatalon na, nagma-monkey bar," Dingdong recalled. "Nagpapasalamat ako na I was able to witness these milestones. But, of course, sana hindi nangyari sa ganitong klaseng context. But I'm still grateful. I couldn't complain.”

Aside from making sure they have time to do fun activities together, the celebrity parents also take an active part in school activities. They support their kids and nurture their various talents.

Just a week before Zia’s dance performance, she also aced her piano recital. Of course, her family was a proud witness to her milestone.

“Attended Zia’s piano recital yesterday and this little girl always amazes me,” shared Marian. “Couldn’t be more proud of you Ate Z!”

Dingdong turned a bit emotional as he took a moment to cherish his daughter’s special performance.

“Amidst the chaos, there are moments like this - watching my daughter play the piano with grace in her first recital,” said Dingdong. “It reminds me to hold onto hope and find comfort in life's little moments, and that everything’s gonna be alright. Everything’s gonna be alright.”
