South Korean boy group and worldwide phenomenon BTS will be releasing a new digital single this month in line with its 10th anniversary. The boy group’s entertainment label, Big Hit Music, announced this last Wednesday, May 31.

They released a calendar of events for their annual FESTA, a series of activities they put out in celebration of their anniversary. Part of the calendar was their latest digital single, “Take Two,” over which fans expressed their excitement.

Big Hit Music announced that “Take Two” will be released on June 9, just a few days before BTS’s anniversary date.

"The song conveys their (BTS members) appreciation toward ARMY for all the love you shower them with and their desire to always be together with you,” Big Hit said in a statement on the fan community app WeVerse.

Big Hit Music added how they are grateful to ARMYs for being with BTS all throughout the decade.

“We sincerely express our gratitude to ARMY for making the 10th anniversary possible with your endless love for BTS,” they added.

This year’s FESTA will be much more special as it will be celebrated all around Seoul, from June 12 to 25, according to news reports from South Korean news agency Yonhap. Last month, BTS announced they will drop their book titled Beyond The Story: 10-Year Record of BTS this coming July.

Apart from their company’s initiative in celebrating their decade-long music history, Korea Post announced that they will be releasing commemorative stamps on June 13 to celebrate the anniversary of BTS.

BTS debuted back in 2013 under Big Hit Music and is composed of Jin, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. They have dominated both the South Korean and Western music industry with their hit songs such as “Dynamite,” “Butter,” and “Proof,” among others.
