KC Concepcion didn’t miss the chance to thank the two most important men in her life on Father’s Day last Sunday, June 18.

She is currently based in the US where she first chose to pursue more studies in gemology.

In her first post, KC paid tribute to her biological dad, actor Gabby Concepcion and her grandfather, former Pasay city mayor Pablo Cuneta, taken during her parents' wedding in 1984.

“Such a rare photo of these three important men in my life 🖤 My Papa @concepciongabby in white, and my grandparents Tatay Pablo (longest serving Mayor in the history of the Philippines, for Pasay City) and Daddylo Rolly, looking handsome as always 😍 I love you. Celebrating you on Father’s Day!!!🌹 #HappyFathersDay," she wrote.

In a succeeding post, KC also thanked her adoptive father Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan who legally adopted her when she was 16 after marrying her mom Sharon Cuneta.

“Happy Father’s Day dad @kiko.pangilinan! Thank you for being present in so many of my milestones in life since you came into my world and married mom. I still wear the pearl necklace you gave me on your wedding day as a reminder of your love," she said.

Last February, the actress and jewelry designer sparked rumors of a new romance after posting an Instagram clip of herself abroad with a man identified as Swiss-Filipino banker Steve Michael Wuethrich who is reportedly based in Zurich, Switzerland.

The low-key couple have reportedly been spotted together in and outside the country since early this year. Prior to this, KC's previous relationships include Frenchman Pierre Plassart, Paulo Avelino, football player Aly Borromeo, and Piolo Pascual

KC officially made her acting comeback last year after taking a hiatus from showbiz. She flew to New York City to film the romantic comedy Asian Persuasion where she played the role of a successful fashion executive wife of a frustrated chef, played by Fil-Am actor Dante Basco.

While filming last year, the 38-year-old actress appealed to her fans online to send support to complete her independent film after it encountered a financial challenge when one of the cast members contracted COVID, delaying their production for 12 days and costing their budget at least $100,000.

Directed by Jhett Tolentino, the film also stars Black Eyed Peas member Apl.de.Ap, Yam Concepcion, Tony Labrusca, Rachel Alejandro, Paolo Montalban, Jax Bacani, Rex Navarrete, Fe de los Reyes, and Devin Ilaw.
