As the truth is slowly revealed, how will it affect the reluctant couple?</span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span> </span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span>Gong Yoo rose to fame in 2007 with his breakout role in <em>Coffee Prince</em>, which also made him a certified Hallyu star. 2016 would prove to be one of his best years as he starred in the critically and commercially successful zombie film <em>Train to Busan</em> and the phenomenal drama series <em>Guardian: The Great and Lonely God</em> (also known as <em>Goblin</em>).</span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span> </span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span>The actor was last seen in the 2021 Netflix sci-fi series <em>The Silent Sea</em> and the 2021 sci-fi action film <em>Seo Bok</em>where he starred with Park Bo-gum in the latter. </span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span> </span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span>Seo Hyun-jin started out as the main vocalist of the South Korean girl group M.I.L.K. in 2001. After the group disbanded two years later, she pursued a solo career before getting into acting in 2006.</span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span> </span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span>She made her acting debut onstage with <em>The Sound of Music, </em>but<em></em> it was her titular role in the series <em>Another Miss Oh</em> in 2016, which solidified her career as an actress. She followed this with roles in <em>Dr. Romantic, The Beauty Inside, You Are My Spring</em>, and <em>Why Her</em>.</span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span> </span></div><div style="margin:0cm;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><em><span>The Trunk</span></em><span> is based on the novel of the same title by Kim Ryeo-Ryeong with a script by </span><span>Park Eun-young, who also wrote <em>Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.</em> Kim Gyu-tae, known for his work on <em>It’s Okay, That’s Love</em> and <em>Our Blues</em>, will be directing the series.</span></div>
