For those who have dreams of being the next female P-Pop star, now is the time to pursue those dreams.

The LCS Entertainment group has announced the opening of auditions this coming November 2023 as they search for the next all-female P-Pop group. This call is open to all Filipino females, aged 13 to 22 years old, who can sing, dance, or rap.

A year ago, an all-male P-Pop group was formed via the ABS-CBN reality show, Dream Maker. The top seven contestants were then granted a slot in the P-Pop group and were given the rare opportunity to be trained abroad.

The chosen seven — Vinci, Kim, Kyler, Reyster, Winston, Jeromy, and Marcus — formed the group HORI7ON, named as such to represent the journey they are taking towards achieving their dreams. They are under MLD Entertainment, ABS-CBN, and KAMP Korea.

In March 2023, the group released a pre-debut single entitled “Dash”. Within just 48 hours, the music video already hit 1.7 million views. They also had a dance challenge to accompany it.

Last May 31, 2023 they were also able to release the digital single “Lovey Dovey.” It was an updated version of the song they performed in Dream Maker, and was composed by South Korean music producer Bull$EyE.

They are also set to release Friend-SHIP, their first album, on July 24, 2023, much to the excitement of their loyal fandom, ANCHOR. According to their management, MLD Entertainment, the album's title refers to HORI7ON's "first sail," and reflects the hopes and dreams of the seven members and their fans.

The group's full-length album will feature 21 songs. Aside from being their first, this album is also special as it features solo songs from its members.

The members of HORI7ON are currently realizing their dreams. Now based in South Korea, they are not only learning to work better together as a group, but they are learning the trade from experienced Korean idols.

"Alam naming maraming kaming pagdadaanan dito na pagsubok, hindi siya magiging madali, pero alam naman namin na andiyan ang mga anchors para sa amin, and pati na rin yun mga pamilya namin na naghihintay sa Pilipinas hanggang makabalik kami,” said Vinci.

Prior to their official debut, they have to go through several months of training in South Korea, similar to the training that Korean idols have to go through. This includes dance and vocal training, as well as studying the Korean language. As they are mentored by K-Pop idols, they are further honing their talents and melding the Korean style with Filipino flavor. With rigorous training and discipline, they hope to live up to their full potential and bring Filipino talent worldwide.

“HORI7ON will not only be paving a new way for K-pop and P-pop, but also towards world pop," said MLD Entertainment.

The LCS Entertainment group fully believes in the potential of Filipino talents to make it big in the international stage. It is the local counterpart of the South Korea-based company LCS Group Korea. Together, they are on the lookout for the next Filipino female P-Pop group who will be trained and launched in South Korea.
