The Philippines’ homegrown social entertainment app, Kumu, is celebrating its fifth year with a massive, multi-project celebration collectively called kumuFIVE. This project aims to unleash the talent, passion, and creativity of the thousands of Filipino streamers both in the country and abroad.Kumu launched the program during its media conference held at The Atrium in Enderun in Taguig City.<div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/9/3/fresh-scoops/benedix-ramos-joins-bida-star-versus-as-a-new-ho-202156">READ: Benedix Ramos joins ‘Bida Star Versus’ as a new host: ‘Super enjoy ako sa hosting talaga’</a></div>Over the next few months, Kumu’s users can look forward to bigger and newer collaborations on the app. They will be treated to loads of innovative shows and programs that can become the pipeline to their own career success in media and entertainment.One of the projects under kumuFIVE is the highly-anticipated, star-studded event called Diamond Gala. Various Kumu stars will be invited to the Diamond Gala which is set to happen at Shangri-La Fort this coming August 26. Looking for Jowa: Idol Survival Show is one example of what female users could look forward to on the app.Meanwhile, Kumu’s content and shows will also reach a wider audience abroad all thanks to the new partnership with ABS-CBN Global. More activities are set to be announced by Kumu through its platform so users could look forward to it. As it celebrates five years, Kumu reflects on a journey marked by creation, collaboration, and meaningful connections that will continue to make an impact in the years to come.
