K-pop group TWICE is scheduled to perform again in Manila as part of their fifth world tour, Ready to Be. The concert tour is also in support of their EP Ready to Be.

The tour kicked off at the KSPO Dome (Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Seoul last April 15 and has scheduled stops in Japan, Australia, the US, Singapore, Germany, Thailand, France, and England.

This will be TWICE’s second visit to the country. They previously staged their Twice-lights concert in June 2019 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

For their second Philippine concert, the girls are taken on a bigger venue at the Philippine Arena September 30 and October 1, 2023.

Initially, the concert was set for only one night but the tickets sold out quickly. Last June 17, local concert organizer Live Nation Philippines announced a second night for the TWICE concert.

“Good news, Once! We’ve added a second show on Oct 1, 2023, for TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE’ IN BULACAN,” they posted.

With tickets in high demand, local telecom giant Smart Communications announced that they were giving their Prepaid subscribers a chance to see TWICE perform live. The concert is part of their 2023 line-up for Smart Live, which offers their mobile customers exclusive perks and privileges to live concerts and events.

ONCEs need to go to participating stores from August 18 to 19 at the Smart Store in Ayala Center Cebu and from August 25 to 26 at the Smart Store in SM Megamall. At the TWICE booth at the said stores on the said dates, they must avail of Magic Data+ 649 or Magic Data+ 749 packages to join. They also need to top-up their accounts based on their preferred ticket tier available.

After availing of their package (up to five registered Smart Prepaid numbers are allowed per subscriber), subscribers must present their GigaLife App at the booth to show proof of ownership and purchase. They then may claim one ticket based on package on a first come, first served basis.

TWICE debuted in 2015 under JYP Entertainment. The group is known for its hit songs such as "TT," "What Is Love?," "Alcohol-Free," "Fancy," and "Dance the Night Away."

The nine-member girl group—composed ofNayeon,Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu—is the first Korean group to receive the Breakthrough Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards this year.
