Amidst reports of her daughter KC Concepcion unfollowing her stepfather Kiko Pangilinan and half-sister Frankie Pangilinan on Instagram last month, Sharon Cuneta continued to show support for her eldest daughter’s first Hollywood film Asian Persuasion which is finally making its international premiere this month. The Megastar shared KC’s post on her own account last September 14.

KC’s own post said, “🚨🇺🇸🗽Calling all my friends and Fil-Ams in America! 6 days to go, and I’ll be at the @sohofilmfest for the first time as an actor, representing my first international film ‘Asian Persuasion’ - am I seeing you there?? 😍

“Our world premiere for Sept 16th @ 7p is SOLD OUT, but you can still purchase your tickets for the Sept 17th showing (2p @villageeastbyangelika). I’m soooo nervous 😅🎥🎞️”

In the comments section, KC showed her appreciation to her mom for helping spread the news about her Fil-American themed film. 

She wrote, “Like I always tell you mama, tho I’m not perfect, everything I do is for you ♥️”

Sharon responded with a lengthy reply to her daughter, reminding her that she will always be part of their family. Sharon wrote, “Still praying we get to talk. After all your work na anak. God is good. Nothing would make me happier than having my whole family with me, and don’t ever forget you are part of ours too… I am a mother FIRST, and my heart will only be complete once things are sorted out. Remember anak that only those who truly love you will tell you what is true, what will make you a better person. We all love and care for you. See things from that perspective and you will see differently. I love you. Daddy and your siblings love you.
