<p>Slater Young released a statement following the mixed reactions that he received about his latest Cebu real estate project, The Rise at Monterrazas.</p><p>On his Instagram Stories, Slater relayed that he was able to read the feedback about the project.</p><p>&quot;I spent the last few days going through all of your comments about The Rise at Monterrazas. We&#x27;ve been working on this project for a long, long time. Our team is composed of dedicated architects, a lot of engineers, and sustainability experts. We wanted it to be not just maganda tingnan but very, very usable din and may added benefit to the user. And lastly because we are building on the mountain side, we want the project to be sustainable as possible,&quot; he said.</p>
