Divine Divas now proud-co-owners of new local drag club Rampa

Kahit naman nung nasa Drag Race pa kami, konting may madadapa, maiiyak na ako. Ngayon pa kayang magkakaroon kami ng bar? Nag-fa-flashback sa akin habang nag-pe-perform kami na nung pandemic nakakulong lang kami sa isang condo tapos wala kaming magawa pero gusto pa rin namin mag-perform,&quot; she Precious Paula Nicole said. </p><p>&quot;Kaya grabe &#x27;yung reality, ang galing na &#x27;yung dream na natutupad na isa isa yung napaplano namin dati sa isang kuwarto. Gusto rin namin maging inspirasyon sa mga tao na wala talagang imposible. Kapag nangarap ka talaga, huwag mong aartehan, huwag mo ng pasimplehin, bonggahan mo na,&quot; she added. </p><p>&quot;Kasi pag dumating talaga yan bonggang bongga. Ang sarap sa feeling kasi we were once a dreamer and dini-dream lang namin nung una maging drag queens tapos makapasok sa reality show. Dream namin &#x27;yun dati,&quot; Viñas Deluxe said. </p><p>&quot;Tapos during the pandemic dini-dream talaga namin magkaroon ng bar. As in kaming tatlo talaga noon pa lang. Tapos ngayon reality na siya kaya sabi namin hindi na namin pababayaan itong opportunity na ito at pabobonggahin namin ng bonggang bongga itong Rampa with our experience sa iba’t ibang clubs, sa pag-po-produce ng shows, pagbuo ng production, and sa pag-nu-nurture ng aming mg drag babies. So Divine Divas (kami) tapos yun yung bar namin online. So hindi namin alam, pagkatapos ng Drage Race hindi namin alam saan kami mag-pe-perform. Babalik ba kami sa pinaggalingnan namin, sa Nectar? O Bar? Pero siyempre sobang busy na namin,&quot; Brigiding said. </p><p>&quot;Tapos siyempre nagkaroon ng Season 2 until na-realize namin, saan namin dadalhin itong career na meron kami ngayon? Siyempre hindi naman kami puwede magpahinga, hindi naman kami puwede magpalagay, and ang dami naming na-realize na after everything that we’ve done from the show, from having the concert, ang dami naming na-inspire and ang daming naniniwala sa amin,” she added.</p><p>Brigiding also said they know the responsibility of representing their community proudly through the birth of Rampa. </p><p>“So kahit na bago sa amin yung pagbuo ng business, &#x27;yung pagbuo ng bar at pagtaguyod ng ganito para sa career namin, talagang nilaban namin. We’re really taking a risk here. And hindi lang pangalan namin ang bitbit namin kundi the whole drag community,&quot; she said. </p><p>&quot;Kasi we’re doing this not just for ourselves but everyone, kasama kayo sa ginagawa namin. This is all for us and the future of drag. Kaya ipagpatuloy natin para mas maging maganda &#x27;yung pagtanggap sa atin, mas makilala tayo na hindi lang tayo dapat pinagtatawanan, hindi tayo pinagkakaitan ng karapatan. So with this, with our own ways, matanggap tayo at mas maging masaya tayong lahat,” she added.</p>
