Drag artist Pura Luka Vega broke their silence on the issue of vlogger-actress Toni Fowler who was issued an arrest order recently for allegedly violating the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

The YouTuber has since then filed for bail to the Pasay Regional Trial Court amounting to P120,000.

Pura Luka Vega was previously charged for the same case last year after their viral "Ama Namin" performance irked some religious sectors.

On their personal X (formerly Twitter) account, the drag artist reposted the tweet of ABS-CBN News and called out those who filed the case against Toni.

The former Drag Den Philippines season 1 contestant claimed that they should just “move on” and watch other things rather than getting offended.

“What is your definition of “morality”? Why are we going after people who are expressing themselves through their art,” they said.

Toni’s music video for her single "MPL" was the reason that the newly established Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KSMBP) filed a complaint against her.

“I’ve said this before and I will say it again, if you don’t like what you are seeing/hearing, then simply move on and find the ones you like,” Pura Luka Vega remarked.

Meanwhile, the drag artist’s post met mixed reactions. Some netizens shared their opinion about the lewdness of the video while others agreed with their stance.

“Hindi na tayo nagprogress as a nation kasi mas inuuna pang puntiryahin ang mga ganitong bagay kaysa sa mga krimen na nakakaapekto naman talaga sa mga tao - like graft, plunder, corruption cases. This is not even a crime to begin with,” a fan voiced out.

“You call your act and Toni's MV an "art"?? Yours was BLASPHEMOUS! Hers is NUDITY. It's okay with you for kids to see these "arts" you're talking about,” another one questioned.

Meanwhile, Toni has yet to make a statement on the arrest order that was made for her.
