It was in 2015 when Ogie Diaz established his acting workshop.

According to the talent manager and comedian, various popular actors of today joined his acting workshop in recent years.

So, 'yun 'yung mga napo-produce pero hindi ako ang nagma-manage sa kanila," he shared in an interview in My Puhunan with Karen Davila.

Ogie's acting workshop is priced at PHP8,000 for 22 to 23 hours which runs on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 8PM.

According to Ogie, they teach all aspects of acting in his workshop.

"Lahat ng senses mo gagana dito. Kaya dun nila nare-realize na kaya pala mahal ang artista kasi kinakabisa nila lines, pati gestures nila, nuances nila lahat ibibigay nila ng nakakalimutan nila 'yung totong personalidad nila dahil naka-in character sila, so ganyan 'yung mga tinuturo namin dito," he saud.

He also provides advice to the aspiring actors in his workshop.

"Walang edad na pinipili ang gustong mag-artista. Lagi kong sinasabi sa mga bata na huwag kayong mainip, alam mo bukod sa matira matibay, mainip talo, di ba?" he said.

The talent manager also said that he advises them to do well in building their social media pages.

"Ngayon sa social media na tumitingin ang mga managers, ang mga networks kaya sabi ko husayan niyo 'yung socmed ninyo kasi pwede dun kayong ma-discover," he said.

Ogie shared that he decided to launch an acting workshop because he knows the industry already.

Asked on what are the keys to becoming a successful entrepreneur, Ogie shared: "Unang-una, dapat gusto ng puso mo.

He also highlighted that one needs to learn to balance work and personal life.

Importante pa ring maging masaya 'yung personal mong buhay," he said.
