Actress and host Pauleen Luna posted her last pregnant selfie before she gives birth to her second child on her Instagram post on January 22, Monday.

Pauleen shared a very exciting moment as she was ready to welcome her and her husband, Vic Sotto’s second daughter.

“Today, i took my last (probably, ever) pregnant selfie. Yes, it sure is a sentimental feeling but i feel extremely blessed to be able to carry another child despite my condition,“ Pauleen revealed in her post.

The actress had previously revealed that she had been suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) which makes it hard for patients to bear a child.

“All glory and praise goes to our one and only Lord for blessing us with this child. Ikaw lang talaga ito Panginoon, wala ng iba pa,” the actress faithfully wrote.

She also thanked everyone who became her and her child's prayer warriors for a safe pregnancy journey.

“I would also like to thank all my prayer warriors who have been with us since day 1. Please know that you have a special special place in my heart,” the actress expressed.

The 35-year-old celebrity mom also sent a loving message to her firstborn, who will now become a big sister to her new sibling.

“To my dear Tali, i know this is something new and things might be a little different, but know that you will always be mommy's first,” Pauleen lovingly said.

She added, “It was just you and me for 6 years and you have taught me SO MUCH. Maybe you would think that often times you needed your mom but it was really me who needed you most of the time.”

Pauleen also thanked Tali for giving her a purpose and meaning when she came into their life.

“Thank you for giving me purpose and meaning. Thank you for making me a very happy mommy,” she remarked.

The actress also gave a sweet message to her husband, Vic, for supporting and loving her on their journey as new parents again.

“To my ever supportive and loving husband, I am so grateful for you. I look at you now as I type these words and my heart is just filled with love and gratitude. Mahal na mahal kita. Habang buhay,” she penned.

“And to my mochi girl, mommy cannot wait to hug and kiss you tomorrow! You are yet another answered prayer in our lives! I'm so excited to make memories with you and your ate and dad. I love you!” she wrote.

Celebrity friends commented on Pauleen’s wonderful messages and wished her a safe delivery.

“🤍🙏 Praying for you and baby. Go Mommaah💪,” actress Maja Salvador commented.

Actress and Pauleen’s close friend Ruby Rodriguez also said,“Safest delivery and praying for ur baby bunting❤️❤️.”

They later revealed in August after their family organized a gender-reveal party that they are expecting another girl.
