Queen of All Media Kris Aquino took to social media to give a quick update on her health status. She shared how difficult it has been for her lately as she suffered a bad flare and clogged sinus passages.

Kris has been receiving several treatments for her autoimmune disease.

Kris uploaded a photo of her face which had red blemishes in her Instagram Stories. Several red spots across her face could be seen in the quick snap she shared.

“Unfortunately, I’m suffering from a bad flare and very clogged sinus passages,” she wrote.

The celebrity mom then shared how she is powering through the difficult battle for the sake of her sons, Josh and Bimby. She admitted that she’s been going through a difficult time throughout the different treatment plans but still has to move forward since her kids aren’t ready.

Kris recalled the time when her mom, former Philippine president Cory Aquino, also underwent the same ordeal a decade ago.

“Even after nearly 15 years, any child who has lost their mom will agree, we still miss them so much. I keep going because I saw how much my mom endured: through all her procedures, chemotherapy, radiation etc because she felt her kids weren’t ready and needed time to accept that she’s no longer around,” she added.

The 52-year-old host prayed that she may have the courage just like her late mother to keep going for her children.

“Mom, may I have even just 20% of your courage & ability to surrender to God’s will? It’s getting more difficult to stay strong,” Kris ended.

Just a few days ago, Kris shared her health status on her Instagram account. She bared all details about her condition and asked for continuous prayers from everyone. Various celebrities and fans sent the Queen of All Media their well wishes for her health.
