Jayda buys own condo unit: ‘My first big girl investment!’

Jayda recently made her first big investment. On her social media page, the singer shared that she invested in a condominium property.

"Starting the year with some fulfillment. My first big girl purchase & investment of 2024! My own condo unit 🥹🙏🏻," she posted.

She added: "A lot of work to do to make it more my own but here’s to new beginnings! ✨"

Jayda's father, Dingdong Avanzado, extended his congratulatory message to his daughter.

"Congratulations anak @jayda I am beyond proud. I am so thankful for all the blessings. I know the hard work you’ve put into achieving your goals in life. Always remember, its not a sprint… It’s a marathon. Run the race well and trust God for the results. To him be all the Glory. Love you my Child," he wrote.

Jayda's mother, Jessa Zaragoza, also penned a message for Jayda saying: "We are so so proud of you anak♥️ sa pag susumikap mo sa trabaho at sa pag iipon🙏🏻 May GOD bless you more! Congrats!!! @jayda."

Last year, Jayda made her acting debut in the iWantTFC series Teen Clash.



"2 years ago when a certain project was pitched to me by Inang Olivia Lamasan and ABS-CBN Films, I took the chance to immerse myself into its story, which was from Wattpad; and being a longtime Wattpad reader and a true bookworm at heart, I was hooked, and knew from then on that I wanted to be a part of it!" Jayda posted on social media upon announcing that she's taking part in the project.

In a past interview, the singer remarked that she felt like it was the right time for her to pursue acting.  

"I feel like, this is the right time for me to go into acting rin po and nagkakaroon na rin po and napi-feel ko na rin po ‘yung parang hilig na nag stem na rin sa art form ko," she said in her past interview about starring in the project.
