ABS-CBN Entertainment celebrates another digital milestone after hitting 50 million subscribers on YouTube, growing its presence in the media and entertainment category in Southeast Asia. Without our loyal Kapamilyas, this feat of being the most subscribed YouTube channel in the media and entertainment category in Southeast Asia will never be achieved,” he shared.He assured everyone that only the best quality content will be available on the YouTube channel. “Thank you, our dear Kapamilyas–– all 50 million of you for helping us achieve this breakthrough in the digital scene. Our commitment in providing everyone quality content remains our top priority now more than ever,” he added. Several Kapamilyas from all over the world expressed their happiness as they are part of history. In the comment sections of various posts on social media, several Kapamilyas shared their experience growing up with ABS-CBN shows and how the YouTube channel helped them relive their memories.“Lumaki na kami na pinapanood ang mga shows ng ABS-CBN at dahil sa youtube channel nila napakilala ko sa mga anak ko ang mga pinapanood naming dati,” a fan recalled.“Never missed any It’s Showtime episode dahil kahit nasa lunch break na kami napapanood pa rin namin ito sa cellphone namin,” another Kapamilya shared.“Dahil sa YouTube channel ng ABS-CBN Entertainment nakakasunod pa rin kaming mag asawa sa BQ (Batang Quiapo) kahit wala kami sa pinas,” a loyal Kapamilya added.ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel will continue to provide service to the Filipino people across the globe.Subscribers outside the Philippines can stream ongoing shows such as Lavender Fields, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, and Pamilya Sagrado, among others, simultaneously with their loved ones back in the country through Kapamilya Online Live. Kapamilyas can now look forward to several original series that are available on the streaming platform as well. Halfmates, starring Kaori Oinuma and Jeremiah Lisbo began streaming on October 18 while the first digital movie for YouTube titled, Four Bad Boys and Me will be released next year.
