Kapamilya actress Francine Diaz shared the reason she is grateful to Star Magic during a media conference earlier this week. The Dirty Linen star recalled how she was given the opportunity at such a young age to help out her family through Star Magic and ABS-CBN.

Francine recently signed another contract with the Kapamilya network which has been her home for several years already.

“Sobrang grabe yung pagbabago ngayon na biglang nag flashback sakin. I still remember the day na sinabi sa akin na ipapasok ako sa Star Magic… Tanda ko na elementary pa ako nun and kakatapos lang nung school ko,” Francine recalled.

The Kapamilya star added that it was through Star Magic that her prayers were answered and is continuously being blessed now.

“Yung pagiging Star Magic baby, hindi lang siya for the image eh–– it’s more than that. Para sa akin, yung araw na kinuha ako ng Star Magic, yung araw din na nagkaroon ako ng maraming opportunities na nagbigay sa akin na matulong ko yung pamilya ko and hindi ko rin inexpect na kaya ko pala mag inspire ng ibang tao,” she shared.

“Masasabi ko na yung Star Magic, they helped me to achieve my dreams and the dreams that I have for my family,” she added.

When asked to give advice to the younger generation of talents, Francine humbly answered that she is still young and learning the ins and outs of the industry. She maintained that she still follows the tips of her senior co-actors which have helped her become the artist she is today.

“Maging marespeto kahit saan ka dalhin, maniwala ka sa sarili mo, [and] never give up. Pero ang pinakaimportante talaga doon ngayon na mas narealize ko, yung respeto sa lahat ng nakakasalamuha mo kasi I believe yung kindness na yun–– yung pagiging respectful mo ang magdadala sa iyo sa taas,” she advised.

Francine then expressed her gratitude towards her loyal fans who have treated her like family since day one of her career. She teased them with an upcoming project that is in the works but can’t reveal just yet.

“Ngayon na another blessing has been given to me, I’m so ready to share with all of you guys and gaya nga ng sinabi ko kanina, I am excited–– I am thrilled to be back in doing what I love the most. I am so ready,” she ended.
