Beyoncé takes the lead in 2025 Grammy nominations with 11 nods

Beyoncé has emerged as the front-runner for the 2025 Grammy nominations.

The singer received 11 nominations for the 67th Grammy Awards including the top categories namely Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year.

Beyoncé has now a total of 99 Grammy nominations to date, making her the most nominated artist in the history of the awards ceremony. 

Trailing behind Beyoncé with seven nominations each are Kendrick Lamar, Charli XCX, Post Malone, and Billie Eilish. Close behind with six nominations each are Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and Sabrina Carpenter.

Following the announcement of nominees, Sabrina took to social media to celebrate being nominated at the Grammys for the first time.

The singer watched the streaming of the Grammy nominee's announcement while she was on her tour bus.

"Us on the tour bus this morning take a shot every time we scream like fr headphone warning. This is the first year I’ve watched the live stream where I heard my name! I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t dreamt about this day my whole life so I am filled with gratitude- Thank you @recordingacademy :’))," Sabrina posted on her Instagram page.

Meanwhile, Filipino-American artists Olivia Rodrigo and Bruno Mars also received Grammy nomination nods.

Bruno received two nominations for "Die With A Smile," his collaboration with Lady Gaga, in both the Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance categories.

Meanwhile, Olivia earned a nod for Best Song Written for Visual Media with "Can’t Catch Me Now," featured in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.

The 2025 Grammy Awards ceremony is set to happen on February 2, 2025 in Los Angeles, California.
