Several celebrities took to social media to honor the late ABS-CBN executive and Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Endrinal’s birth anniversary on Friday, November 8.

On her social media page, It’s Showtime host Kim Chiu fondly remembered the late executive, whom she described as “the person who always throws one of the most celebrated birthdays.”

“Happy heavenly birthday to a remarkable leader, a friend and also a family to many of us. Your wisdom, kindness, and strength left a legacy that continues to inspire us every day. We feel your presence in the values you instilled and the paths you paved for us all. 🤍,” Kim wrote.

She also expressed how Deo's legacy would continue to live on: “Though you’re no longer here, your spirit lives on in each of us, and we are forever grateful. We miss you deeply, and you will be forever in our hearts.🤍🙏🏻 We love you Sir Deo.🤍🕊️ Hope you are having the best birthday in heaven today as you always want it to be. 🙏🏻.”

Actress Cherry Pie Picache also shared a tribute to Deo, saying: “Your light continues to guide us, even from above. Sending you so much love as you celebrate among the stars. You are deeply missed and forever in our hearts."

Seasoned actress Susan Africa also posted a message:“Happy birthday in heaven Sir @deo_endrinal Remembering you with so much love, gratitude and prayers ♥️🙏.”

Dimples Romana recalled the advice Deo had shared with her, which she continues to keep in mind.

“I miss you and your random calls and advise for me to remember taking care of myself too, always taking the higher road, giving value to genuine friendships and giving time for family - always ❤️ and that one thing you kept reminding me to do, months before you passed away - TO PAUSE,” Dimples said.

She went on: “To take it easy and now enjoy the fruits of my labor. Salute sir! You would be happy and proud to know, I am doing exactly just that 🥹🥰 LYSM Sir Deo. Dance for me up there!”

Celebrity couple Coco Martin and Julia Montes also expressed their gratitude for Deo’s life and wisdom.

“Lubos kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng naiwan mong aral at alaala na hindi mawawala kailanman sa aming mga puso’t isipan! Maligayang Kaarawan Sir Deo Endrinal! 💜,” Coco said in a post.

“Happy Birthday, Sir Deo! Lagi kang nasa puso at isip namin. Mahal na mahal ka namin.💜,” he added.

Julia also posted a few photos from an intimate celebration marking Deo's birth anniversary, attended by family and friends, including Deo’s son, PJ Endrinal, actress Nikki Valdez, and ABS-CBN COO for Broadcast, Cory Vidanes.

Meanwhile, PJ Endrinal, Deo’s son, shared a heartfelt message expressing his gratitude for his father’s life.

“Happy Birthday Daddy @deo_endrinal It’s your First Birthday in Heaven, it’s still surreal. I hope you’re enjoying up there with Mama and celebrating. Thank you for making sure that Life is Beautiful for everyone. I love and miss you so much. ❤️❤️❤️,” he said.

In February of this year, Deo Endrinal passed away at the age of 60. His son, PJ, had announced the sad news on social media.

“This has to be the hardest caption that I will ever post,” PJ wrote. “This will definitely be a hole in my heart and will leave a scar; but I know that you’re finally free from pain and now happily dancing in heaven cause you’ll definitely be the life of the party up there. We might be grieving now but instead of the sadness we should be celebrating the life you lived and shared with us and for that we’ll always be grateful,” he added.
