Kaye Abad, Paolo Contis, and Patrick Garcia star in a Netflix film titled A Journey.

The movie serves as the reunion project of Kaye, Paolo, and Patrick who headlined the hit ABS-CBN series Tabing Ilog in the '90s.

"Meron akong sakit dito, and bago ako sana mawala, meron akong bucket list na gusto kong gawin," Kaye shared about the backstory of the film.

On what message the film will impart to the audience, Kaye shared: "Nandyan lang naman sila, 'yung mga mahal natin sa buhay. Pero 'pag napanood mo 'yung pelikula, ang importante ay dapat sila 'yung inuuna natin."

The three stars then shared to whom they dedicated the movie.

For Kaye, she wants to dedicate the movie to her late dad, saying: "Kasi sana nakita niya 'to na nakagawa ako ng film for Netflix. Kasi daddy ko 'yung nag-push sa akin before na mag-audition for a film. So, I think dream niya talaga maging artista ako," she said.

Meanwhile, Paolo dedicated the movie to his mom. "'Yung mom ko kasi is bedridden already because she suffered a stroke twice already. Something na I wish na nagawa ko before with her noong okay pa siya. So now, kumbaga I'm still hoping na maka-isang gala pa kami talaga together," he said.

Patrick wants to dedicate the movie to his family. "I dedicate this to my family. Especially to my young kids, because when I was shooting, my children would always wonder kung bakit may nagpapa-picture sa akin. They would ask: 'Why are they taking pictures with you daddy'? Never kasi nila napanood yung mga movies ko noon. So I dedicate this to my kids," he shared.

A Journey was released on Netflix on April 12.

According to a press release by Netflix, A Journey is about "three childhood friends and longtime buddies embark on a journey of their lifetime and discover painful truths about each other. For one, Kaye Abad’s character refuses to go under treatment after receiving news that her cancer has resurfaced. Instead, she asks her husband and best friend to join her in a road trip across Tasmania, Australia to check off items on her bucket list."
