BLACKPINK Lisa signs with RCA Records and Sony Music

<p>On April 10, through Sony Music’s official social media pages, it was announced that Lisa of BLACKPINK and her company LLOUD CO., have signed with RCA Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music.</p><p>The partnership not only signifies Lisa’s transition to the RCA Records and Sony Music family, but also heralds a new era of artistic freedom and creative expression for the talented performer. </p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/Lalisa.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dii"/></div><div><em>Screenshot from lalalalisa_m on instagram</em></div><p>Under this new agreement, Lisa, along with her company LLOUD Co., will collaborate with RCA to release upcoming solo music projects. However, in December 2023, BLACKPINK renewed their contracts for group activities—meaning BLACKPINK’s group activities will still be handled by YG Entertainment. </p><p>On February 8, 2024, Lisa founded and established her own artist management company, LLOUD, signaling her determination to carve out her own path in the music and artist management industry. </p><p>Lisa shared on Instagram her excitement about embarking on this new journey, stating, “Introducing LLOUD, a platform to showcase my vision in music and entertainment. Join me on this exciting journey to push through new boundaries together.”</p><p>LLOUD Co.’s official website describes the label as, “At LLOUD, our passion as an artist management company is to create experiences that transcend genres and connect generations. Our core lies in relentless innovation and a commitment to authenticity.
