Queen of Tears follows the story of the intense challenges and the surprising renewal of love between Hong Hae-in (played by Ji-won), a wealthy heiress from Queens Group, and Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo-hyun), a farmer's son from Yongdu-ri, over three years of marriage.
