<p>&quot;Thank you sincerely to the many people who enjoyed watching, took interest, and loved the drama.&quot;</p><p>These were the words of Korean actress Kim Ji-won following the success of her series <em>Queen of Tears.</em></p><p>In an interview with her management agency HighZium Studio as translated by Soompi, Ji-won admitted that she was both nervous and sad as the conclusion of the series was approaching.</p><p>&quot;I waited with a nervous and excited heart as we filmed for a long period that took all four seasons. Actually, there is not that much time that the character spends despairing. Although she has a difficult time, she overcomes it quickly, and she puts in effort to do so,&quot; she stated.</p><p>She went on: &quot;Hong Hae-In has a lot of love, but she is not very good at expressing it. As the story progresses, she showed how she put in effort to express herself better. According to a report by <em>The Korea Times</em> as per Nielsen Korea, the K-Drama gained the biggest viewership ratings for a drama in tvN.</p><p>In a previous interview with Netflix Global, Ji-won shared that she was impressed by the script when she read it initially that it persuaded her to the series.</p><p>&quot;When I fist read the script, I had so many questions. How did this couple&#x27;s relationship end up like this? Why are they so angry? Why is this person so cold and selfish? What happened?
